Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. Kindly make sure to read our Return Policy before making a purchase.

Should you wish to return an item that you have purchased, please email us at info@qolourette.com. 

You will need to ship us back the item and a refund will only be issued to you once we have received the item(s) and inspected them. Please be advised that the items must meet the following conditions mentioned below before any refund will be issued with NO exemptions.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping charges unless the return was due to our error.
  • Please note that we charge $10 for handling and shipping fee. 
  • Item(s) must be in its original purchase condition. Packaging must NOT be used, swatched, damaged, marked and/or tampered in any way.
  • Item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Gifts with purchase and samples must also be returned if it is included in the purchase.
  • Once you have mailed back the item, please send us an email with the tracking number for our reference. It is strongly recommended that you return the item(s) via Registered mail. We will not be held liable for lost item(s) sent back without tracking number.
  • Once we have received your package and met all the following conditions mentioned above, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. 

     

    *Unacceptable returns sent back to Qolourette will NOT be eligible for refund. The customer will be responsible for the “round-trip” shipping and handling charges if they would like the returned item(s) shipped back to them. Please note that we do not offer self-collections.

      

    FINAL SALE ITEMS

    The following items are NOT eligible to be returned under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions can only be made for any of the below listed items if they come sealed from the manufacturer, and the seal has not been removed or tampered with.

    • ALL liquid products
    • Eye & Lip pencils
    • Loose powders
    • Makeup brushes
    • Eye shadows
    • Eye lashes

    *SALE items are strictly not eligible for any returns with no exemptions.

     

    EXCHANGE POLICY

    We are unable to offer exchanges, but will be glad to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you want.
