We ship in 1 - 2 working day (Monday to Friday, EXCLUDING weekends and Public Holidays). However, if we have some promotions and new product launches, processing time could take a bit longer so your patience would be highly appreciated.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Qolourette is pleased to provide complimentary Priority Tracked International Shipping (excluding remote areas) for any orders with minimum purchase as shown below. (After any applicable discounts are applied.) For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Malaysia - FREE shipping on orders over $100 Sgd. (REMOTE AREA EXCLUDED)
Brunei, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand - FREE Shipping on orders over $200 Sgd (REMOTE AREA EXCLUDED).
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES?
All International orders are subject to customs and duty fees defined by the country of import, which is levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. We are not responsible for fees associated with import. The parcel recipient must pay all fees for customs clearance.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
SINGAPORE: Once your parcel has arrived in the facility of our partner courier, your order will be delivered within 1- 3 days ( excluding weekends and public holidays).
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: All international orders are subject to customs clearance. Delivery times do not include processing and customs clearance yet. Thus, there are times that deliveries may vary and could take longer than 1 business day.
*But please note that during sale periods, peak periods, holidays and extreme weather condition, deliveries could take a bit longer so your patience would be highly appreciated.
DO YOU REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY?
For your protection, our partner courier requires a signature upon delivery. Should you request to have it left at your doorstep or anywhere outside your house, please note that we will not be liable to any loss, damage or missing items.
WHAT IF I MISSED THE DELIVERY?
If we attempt to deliver your order but no one is present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. You may also contact our partner courier directly to request for the re-delivery date you prefer.
FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS: In the event that your delivery fails twice, please note that there is a re-delivery fee of $4. This fee must be paid in cash upon delivery. Kindly note that this fee is charged by the courier and not us, therefore we are unable to waive it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER 3 DAYS (DOMESTIC) OR 10 DAYS (INTERNATIONAL)?
We always aim to have your parcel be delivered on time. However, should your parcel has not arrived after 3 days (Local) or 10 days (International) please email us at email@example.com and we will get in touch with our partner courier asap.
