CAN I ORDER AND PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, we do accept bank transfer for payments via FAST or immediate transfer only. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept GIRO payments at this time.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT?
Just add to cart the items that you want to purchase and click on checkout. Upon checkout, choose BANK TRANSFER as your payment option.

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A PAYMENT?
We strongly recommend making a payment the soonest possible after you’ve placed an order to secure the items. We give 8 hours cutoff time from the time you placed an order to make a payment.
WHAT SHOULD I DO ONCE I ALREADY TRANSFERRED THE PAYMENT?
Once payment has been successfully transferred, please email us at email@example.com. Please ensure to indicate the ORDER NUMBER as the subject of your email so we could easily verify your payment.
- ATM BANK TRANSFER: Please submit the photo of the WHOLE COPY of the receipt so we could properly verify your payments together with your order number. Please only transfer the full amount due and NO coin deposits are allowed.
- iBANKING: For faster verification, we strongly recommend to put an INITIAL that you can remember upon payment. Once payment is done, send us an email with your initial together with your order number for faster verification.
WHAT IF I CAN’T PAY ON TIME?
We regret to inform that orders will be automatically cancelled. You may place another order again should the items are still available and ensure to pay on time.
8 HOURS HAS LAPSED BUT I STILL MADE THE PAYMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you still made the payment after 8 hours, please send us the receipt of payment together with your order number. If the items are no longer available, we will refund the full amount of your payment. If it is still available, we will proceed processing your order once payment has been verified.
